We are very excited to announce that we now have oak barrel aging at Goldstream U-Brew!  I have purchased a number of new Hungarian oak barrels which come with many praises from fellow wine makers.  Each barrel holds five batches of wine which we age in the oak for 3 months.  Come talk to us and get on the oak barrel list as space is limited!   Cost is $25 per batch of wine.
